1. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Artwork must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
• Packaging: The piece must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective materials.
• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the artwork, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are available under these conditions:
• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• The artwork must be in its original condition with no damage.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the new piece selected is of higher value, the buyer must pay the price difference. If the new piece is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded.
• Exchanges for custom or commissioned pieces are not available unless the artwork arrives damaged.
3. Damaged or Defective Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective:
